MotorcycleMate Terms of Use

Bizon, LLC ("Bizon", "we", "us", or "our")
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MotorcycleMate mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and Account
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Service, including by attempting to interfere with normal operation or by accessing non-public areas.
- Do not post or share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Respect other users and comply with applicable laws.
User Content
You may submit content such as motorcycle records, trips, and related data. You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
If you mark items as public, you understand they may be visible to others and included in leaderboards and aggregates.
In-App Purchases
The Service may offer optional in-app purchases (e.g., tips) processed by Apple through your App Store account. We do not receive your payment card details. All purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and policies. Tips are voluntary and do not unlock additional features.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account within the app.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizon, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Montana.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when they were last revised. If changes are material, we will notify you within the app or on this page.
